A flexible layer of solid color 100 percent vinyl is laid on top of that. They won t twist crack or peel and finishing is not needed which saves time and money.

Thermofoil cabinets are made using a flexible vinyl material that is applied by heating the vinyl and molding it over medium density fiberboard mdf or engineered wood. Thermofoil cabinet doors are available in all of the same styles as our wood doors including a few specialty styles. Our mdf2 doors and drawers are machined from the highest quality high density fiberboard far exceeding the industry standard of medium density fiberboard. We offer doors with a high standard in rigid thermofoil wrapping.

Rigid thermofoil doors are composed of an mdf core with a thermo wrapped vinyl covering. The top is closed and then air is expelled from the chamber. These doors are completely sealed and if cared for properly will provide years of long lasting use and beauty. These doors are easy to clean durable and will keep their color long after painted wood doors have started to fade.

The unique sealed vacuum chamber allows wrapping constructed doors without compromising the fine details. The rtf material of your choice is securely sealed onto the mdf composite core leaving a smooth to the touch seamless surface. Additionally thermofoil doors are backed by a 5 year limited warranty.
